About Queens at the Altar

Queens at the Altar is a faith-based, interdenominational sisterhood where women find healing, purpose and genuine connection through prayer. Our story began during a fasting program with Sandton SDA Church in August 2025, when seven strangers in a Zoom chat made a simple decision: “Let’s pray tomorrow.”

That one small yes became a daily altar.

From those 6am prayers came healing, accountability, testimonies and a bond only God could have formed. What began as seven women looking for prayer partners has grown into a global community of daughters hungry for God, longing for clarity and committed to walking out their purpose together.

At the altar, through morning prayer, sacred fasts like our Return & Rise 21-Day Fast, and intentional gatherings, women find the space to be honest, to breathe again and to be rebuilt into who God created them to be. This is where brokenness meets restoration. Where purpose meets practice. Where God meets you right where you are and leads you into who you are becoming.

Our mission is simple: no queen walks alone.
Through our prayer gatherings, devotionals, fasts and curated events, we give Christian women the support, tools and spiritual foundation to deepen their relationship with God and each other. Whether you are healing, rebuilding, seeking direction or stepping into a new season, there is a place for you at the altar.
