All tickets are strictly non-refundable for any reason, including personal circumstances, illness, schedule changes, or event postponements.

Tickets may be transferred to another person if you can no longer attend.

Full payment is required before attendance is confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or deny any booking that appears fraudulent or incomplete.

Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

Payment plans, where offered, must be completed in full. Failure to complete payment may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

2. Event Changes

We reserve the right to adjust event dates, venues, speakers, programs or schedules if needed.

If an event is postponed, your ticket will automatically move to the new date.

If an event is cancelled by us, we may offer credit for a future event. Refunds remain at our discretion.

3. Indemnity and Liability
By attending any of our events, you accept the following:

You participate at your own risk.

Queens at the Altar and its partners, volunteers and team members are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage or theft that occurs before, during or after the event.

You are responsible for your own safety, personal belongings and medical needs.

Outdoor events, camps and physical activities may involve risks. You participate willingly and take full responsibility for your involvement.

Travel to and from any event is undertaken at your own risk.

You release us from any liability connected to illness, accidents, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Conduct and Behaviour

We may remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate, without refund.

No harassment, violence, hate speech or disorderly conduct will be tolerated.

Substance abuse is strictly prohibited at all events.

5. Media, Photography and Content
By attending our events, you give us permission to:

Record video or audio

Use captured content for marketing, social media, livestreams or promotional material

If you prefer not to appear in media, please inform us in writing before the event and avoid camera areas.

7. Health and Safety

You must follow all venue rules, safety protocols and instructions from staff and volunteers.

For camps or multi-day events, you must disclose any medical conditions that could affect your participation.

If you pose a safety risk to yourself or others, we may restrict your participation.
8. Website Use

You may not copy, modify or misuse any content, images or materials from our website without permission.

9. Right of Admission Reserved
